In my experiences I have always found the office to be very clean and the receptionist's and all the other staff members to be very friendly and helpful. I have not waited any longer than 15 minutes to be called on. The doctor listens to what I have to say and answers any questions then explains what the procedures choices are. In 2016 I had a work related injuries at work one of them was my hip I torn my labrum I got refer to another doctor and he didn’t want to help me so I got a referral to see Dr Jason Hurbanek he was really kind on listening to my problem he’s compassion to a pacient that needed help he agreed to do my surgery with in a week it has been five years from my surgery and he did a outstanding job in my hip these shows how great human being these doctor is some one who listen to he’s pacients who puts a side the monetary stuff and help someone in need I went back to get a second opinion from another surgery that was done on me and he talk to me about what was done he kindly explained everything and give me a treatment plan for me to get he send me to see a specialist who does these kind of surgeries i always be great full to Dr Hurbanek for what he did for helping me to get back on my feet he’s owe some I will really recommend to anyone who needs a good orthopedic surgeon he’s the one to see god bless these type of great person a outstanding professional

I had partially tore (90%) my RH bicep muscle distal tendon on 12/20/16. I saw Dr. Jason Hurbanek on 3/17/16, providing my injury history, x-rays, MRI, and other two doctor's office visit info. Dr. Hurbanek listened patiently and agreed to perform the surgery, held on 4/6/16. The surgery went extremely well, with a 100% recovery expected. My post-op PT was very successful. I am extremely pleased with Dr. Hurbanek and his staff and would highly recommend them in a heartbeat.

I had ruptured my distal bicep tendon playing rugby. My team trainer recommended Dr. Hurbanek for the repair. He was very professional with a great bedside manner. His office was also very easy to deal with. After my recovery I returned to rugby and unfortunately ruptured my ACL and tore my meniscus. I knew I needed surgery and Dr. Hurbanek was who I wanted to do the repair. My experience with him through both procedures has been very positive and I would recommend him to my friends and family.

I am 66 years old, never had any type of surgery and needed to have a complete left knee replacement. I went to see Dr Jason Hurbanek, who was very kind, understanding,supportive and professional. Never having a surgery I was extremely nervous and afraid. He made feel at ease and confident it was the right thing to do. I was told I would need about 2 to 3 months of therapy and 6 months to a year for full recovery. He was so good, I made a complete recovery in 8 weeks total.He is the Dr to see.

He was very kind, understanding, caring, supportive and professional. Never having surgery, I was extremely nervous and afraid, but after meeting with him, he put me at ease and at that point I was confident enough to know this was the doctor to do the replacement of my knee. I’m a 80 year old senior who had a reverse shoulder replacement by Dr Hurbanek. He exceeded the highest ratings. His skill, knowledge and bed side manner were excellent. Yes, I was a little apprehensive in selecting a surgeon highly rated in “sports” medical care. No problem at all. He understood my needs, evaluated my specific surgical needs, thoroughly explained the process, and performed the operation perfectly and managed my post surgical needs taking into account my factors. He also was sensitive to my family’s concerns and reassured them by involving them in surgical processes. It feels great to be 100% improved.

I had partially torn my right arm bicep muscle distal tendon on 12/20/15, which was confirmed by an MRI on 2/8/16. I saw two doctors before seeing Dr. Jason Hurbanek. The first doctor misdiagnosed my injury (x-rays only), and the second doctor (MRI taken) seemed unwilling to perform the necessary surgery unless I failed physical therapy, but would not provide a definition of PT failure. The second doctor stated my best prognosis with surgery would be a 75/80% recovery, otherwise I was at about 5-10%. My prognosis without surgery per my PT evaluation noted a restriction to less than 10 pounds and that over time my injury would only get worse. I would not be able to pick up my grandkids, go fishing, throw a ball... a major reduction in quality of life. On my first doctor visit with Dr. Jason Hurbanek on 3/17/16, I provided him the full history of my injury with x-rays & MRI and previous doctor visits. Dr. Hurbanek listened very closely to what I had to say, showing me a personal respect and compassion I had not seen previously. Dr. Hurbanek agreed to perform the surgery I needed and it was scheduled for 4/6/16. The surgery went extremely well, with a prognosis of a 100% recovery expected. I began PT on 4/25/16 and finished the 20-24 week post-op PT schedule early on 7/8/16; performing the additional weeks on my own. I am extremely pleased with Dr. Hurbanek and would go to him again if needed. I would recommend Dr. Jason Hurbanek to anyone in a heartbeat, he is an excellent doctor & surgeon. Additionally; his staff is outstanding and very considerate.
